Our services & prices

Two ways we can help, built around what suits you and your pets best. Not sure which is right? Get in touch and we'll help you decide.

Premium Daily Pet Care

Pop-in visits and dog walking, tailored to your pet's routine. Perfect for cats, and for dogs who just need a great walk during your day.

Cat care visits

30 minutes of TLC, feeding, fuss and chit-chat. Plus photos and video, if your cat is around (we can't take photos of empty spaces!). Medication given if needed.

  • 1 × 30 min visit£15
  • 2 × 30 min visits a day£25

Dog walking

Always on a lead, except in a secure field or paddock. A maximum of 3 dogs per walk, usually from the same household. Photos and video every walk. Medication given if needed.

Ultimate Premium Care

24/7 care and attention for your pets and your home. We stay overnight, so your pets keep their usual routine and your home is looked after while you're away.

Overnight home & pet sitting

  • Usual and favourite walks, feeding and lots of fuss
  • Medication given if needed
  • Photo and video updates on WhatsApp, morning and evening
  • Small animals cared for too: guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens and fish (pond or tank)
  • Plants fed and watered
  • Parcels taken in and signed for
  • Per night£60

How it works

Booking with us

We always arrange a meet & greet at your home before any booking. You should expect to meet anyone you're thinking of trusting with your beloved pets.

    Send us an enquiry or WhatsApp Andrew on 07497 002698. June to September is especially busy, so please check early.

    Confirm your booking

    If we're free, we'll send your booking confirmation and how to pay your 50% deposit.

  3. 3

    Meet & greet

    We'll come and meet you and your pets, and go through feeding, favourite walks, vet details and keys. For dog walks we'll usually go on a short walk together too.

It means that on the first day, your pets aren't meeting a stranger coming into their home without you there.

Our dogs are a challenge for anyone due simply to the number of well behaved dogs. With 6 of our 7 to look after, including the very cute but naughty-by-intelligence Willow (pictured), Andrew & Jayne took it in their stride due to the calm energy they project, leading to all the dogs immediately taking to them. We were concerned about leaving so many dogs without first having 100% confidence in the sitters, after meeting a few who were daunted by more than 2 dogs. After spending a couple of sessions with Andrew and Jayne (an hour's field hire, feeding time and more) to answer questions and get familiar with the routines, we were able to relax and focus on our Belgium break. Without hesitation they will be first call next time and I absolutely recommend them.

Meet Jayne & Andrew

We're Jayne and Andrew, and we live in Sutton Valence. Jayne Cares started from a simple idea: pets are happiest at home, and owners worry less when they know someone kind and reliable is looking after them.

Whether it's a quick cat visit, a muddy dog walk or a few nights looking after your home, we'll care for your pets just as we would our own.

Questions people often ask

Can we meet before booking?

Always. We arrange a meet & greet at your home before every new booking, so we can chat, meet your pets and learn their routines. If we're walking your dog, we'll usually go on a short walk together too.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes. We're fully insured (details on request) and DBS checked, so you can relax knowing your pets and your home are in safe hands.

Will I get updates while I'm away?

Yes. We send photos and video on WhatsApp, so you can see your pets are happy and well. With Ultimate Premium Care you'll hear from us every morning and evening.

Are dogs walked off the lead?

No. Dogs are always on a lead, except in a secure field or paddock. We walk a maximum of 3 dogs at a time, usually from the same household.

Can you give my pet medication?

Yes, on daily visits and overnight stays. Just talk us through it at the meet & greet.

Do you look after small pets?

Yes, as part of our Ultimate Premium Care service. We look after guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens and fish (pond or tank), and we'll water your plants too.

How do I book?
